Cedarwood School brings Waldorf education to life and strives to instill a love for learning. With a reverence for the developing child, and in harmony with social, emotional, and cognitive health, their curriculum weaves together the arts, academics, and movement to nurture the holistic well-being of students. Our team worked with them on a visual rebrand, brand messaging, and interactive experience design.

We worked with the Cedarwood marketing team to create a brand that is reflective of the School’s roots in Anthroposophy, as well as its innovative approach. Our brand messaging focused on clarity of purpose, to express their progressive values and pedagogical methods, while holistically embodying the intellectual, creative, and practical focuses of traditional Anthroposophy.

Bringing the material qualities, textures, and colors found in the school’s classrooms and hallways into the digital space, the site expresses the traditional Waldorf aesthetic and Cedarwood’s progressive and differentiating approach while maintaining identifiability as a school.

The site provides clarity of purpose while driving enrollment, defining Cedarwood’s core principles, and communicating values and methodology upfront, allowing prospective parents to easily and intuitively navigate to the information they’re looking for.
